Order Processing

Orders received by omnihubx Store are given immediate attention. Our team prepares and packs every order within 1–2 business days, counting Monday through Friday and excluding federal holidays. Orders submitted before 2:00 PM Eastern Time are generally dispatched the same business day. As soon as your package leaves our facility, we will send a confirmation email with a unique tracking number so you can monitor its progress at every stage.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We provide multiple shipping speeds within the United States to fit your needs. Delivery timeframes start once your order has left our warehouse.

International Shipping

At this time, omnihubx Store ships only within the United States. We do not currently offer delivery to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, the European Union, or any other international destination. If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated with the applicable terms and delivery timeframes.

Order Tracking

Transparency matters to us. Once your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your package's progress. If no tracking update appears within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact our customer support team and we will investigate promptly.

Address Changes

If your shipping address needs correction, please email us with your order number within 1 hour of placing your order. We will make every effort to honor changes requested after that window, but once an order has entered processing we cannot guarantee that the address can still be modified.
